A 10,000 sq.ft industrial shed (B2) building with first floor office and ground floor reception accommodation. Working under a Design and Build appointment with Rayner Rowen Construction, we took the client’s (William Fishwick and Sons Ltd) RIBA stage 3 planning information and developed the technical detailing and working drawings package for construction and handover.
Our scope of work includes the design of hard and soft landscaping including works to the service yard and site perimeter. Site works are due to commence in June 2022.
